**NET ACCOUNT due 30 days from invoice date. A service charge of 3% per month compounded daily on any unpaid balance past due 30 days or more from the day of original service or delivery and will be added to past due accounts. Purchasing Agent and/or receiving company authorized Atlas Door Repair.com to reposes any parts that remain unpaid at any time without notice at a 25% restocking charge. Purchasing Agent and or company agrees to pay for any attorneys fees incurred as a result of attempting to collect any unpaid balance due and agrees to indemnify and to hold Atlas Door Repair.com harmless in the result of any said actions.
